Google Workspace, handled

Your company email, moored in a sheltered cove.

Swift Cove sets up, migrates and looks after Google Workspace for growing teams — licensing, mailbox transfers, admin console policy and the DNS records that decide whether your mail lands in the inbox. You get one calm point of contact instead of a support queue.

Why teams anchor here

Everything Google gives you, plus the part Google doesn't do.

Buying licences is the easy bit. Getting fifteen years of mail out of an old server, proving your domain to the internet and having someone pick up at 2am is the work. That's the part we own.

Better value than buying direct

Reseller agreements let us structure your commitment around real headcount, consolidate domains onto one agreement and review it every renewal. You get the same product Google ships, bought more sensibly — and nobody quietly renews you onto seats you stopped using.

Right-sized licensing

Migration run by engineers

Microsoft 365, Exchange, cPanel IMAP, Zoho or another Google tenant — we lift mail, calendars, contacts and shared drives across with folder structure intact. Delta syncs run right up to cutover, so nothing that arrives mid-move gets stranded on the old server.

Zero-downtime cutover

Deliverability configured properly

We publish and validate SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domains, align your sending sources, then move DMARC from monitoring to enforcement once the reports are clean. Good mail reaches the inbox; people pretending to be your finance team don't.

SPF · DKIM · DMARC

24/7 support from real humans

Mail problems don't respect office hours. Our team answers directly — no ticket triage carousel, no scripted first line. Priority incidents reach an engineer who can already see your tenant, your domains and your history with us.

Every edition includes Gmail on your own domain, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs and the admin console. What changes is storage, meeting size, security controls and how much of Gemini comes along. Not sure? Tell us your headcount and we'll map it out.

Why buy through a reseller

Same Google. Someone on your side of the table.

Google builds the platform. We do the part that involves your domain registrar, your finance team's invoice format, your former IT provider who left no documentation, and the person on your staff who has 90,000 unread emails in a PST file.

One relationship, not a support lottery.

You're assigned a named account manager and a backup engineer from day one. They know your tenant, your domains, your renewal date and which of your teams still needs a shared mailbox migrated. Nothing gets re-explained.

"The whole point of a cove is that you stop worrying about the weather."

Migration from Microsoft 365 or Gmail

We map every mailbox, alias, distribution list and shared folder before touching anything. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive content move with structure preserved, and a final delta sync runs at cutover so the last hour of mail comes with you.

Admin console set up correctly

Organisational units that match how your company actually works, sensible sharing defaults, group-based access, mobile device rules and a documented recovery path for the super admin account. Handed over with a written runbook, not a shrug.

Deliverability that survives audits

SPF flattened and kept under the lookup limit, DKIM keys published and rotated, DMARC moved from monitoring to enforcement once reports are clean. We track every legitimate sender — your CRM, your invoicing tool, your marketing platform — so nothing gets silently dropped.

Gemini AI inside Workspace

Drafting in Gmail, summarising long threads, building tables in Sheets and generating meeting notes in Meet. We enable it edition by edition, set the data-handling policy your legal team wants, and run a short internal session so people actually use it.

Local billing and clean invoicing

One consolidated invoice in your currency and your format, with purchase order references, tax details and cost-centre splits where you need them. Your finance team stops chasing card statements from an overseas billing entity.

A dedicated account manager

A person with a name, a direct line and knowledge of your setup. They handle seat changes, renewals, new domains and escalations to Google when something needs to go further than the console allows.

How it works

Three steps from open water to safe harbour.

Most teams go from first conversation to fully migrated inside two weeks. Larger estates with archives and legacy systems take longer — and we'll tell you that honestly, up front.

Scope and quote

A 30-minute call to understand headcount, current provider, domains, data volume and any compliance constraints. You get a written recommendation and a quote — no obligation, no pressure, no ten-step qualification funnel.

  • Edition recommendation with reasoning
  • Migration complexity assessment
  • Written timeline and cutover date

Migrate and configure

We provision the tenant, build your organisational units, publish DNS records and run the mail migration in stages. A pilot group moves first, we confirm everything looks right, then the rest follows on the agreed cutover window.

  • Pilot group first, then full rollout
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and tested
  • Delta sync right up to switchover

Settle and support

A live handover session for your admins, short guides for your staff, and DMARC reports monitored for the first month. After that, your account manager stays on for seat changes, renewals and anything that breaks at an inconvenient hour.

  • Admin runbook and staff guides
  • 30 days of monitored DMARC reporting
  • 24/7 support from named engineers
Security & deliverability

The breakwater around your mail.

Email is the front door to your company — it's how invoices get redirected and how credentials get harvested. We configure Workspace so the front door is locked, and so the wider internet can verify that mail claiming to be from you actually is.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Every legitimate sending source recorded, DKIM keys published and rotated, and DMARC advanced from monitoring to quarantine to reject as the evidence supports it. We read the reports so you don't have to.

Two-factor enforcement

Staged rollout of two-step verification with security keys or the Google prompt, enrolment grace periods that don't lock anyone out, and backup codes stored somewhere sensible. Optional Advanced Protection for finance and leadership.

Data loss prevention

Rules that catch card numbers, national IDs and confidential document patterns before they leave the organisation — warning the sender, blocking the message or quietly notifying an admin, depending on how strict you need to be.

Admin controls and audit

Least-privilege admin roles, external sharing restrictions, context-aware access by device and location, and an audit trail that answers "who did what, when" without a two-day investigation.

Every domain we manage is checked on a schedule — and if a record drifts, we fix it before your mail starts bouncing. Deliverability isn't a launch task, it's maintenance.

In their words

Teams that stopped worrying about email.

A migration is only successful if nobody notices it happened. These three noticed exactly one thing: that it was over faster than expected.

"We moved 240 mailboxes off Exchange over a single weekend. Monday morning the only support question we got was someone asking where the calendar button had moved to. That's the whole list. I'd braced for a week of chaos."
Amara Reyes IT Director, Northwind Supply Group
"Our quotes kept landing in spam and we couldn't work out why. Swift Cove found three sending services nobody had documented, rebuilt our SPF record and got DMARC to enforcement. Reply rates recovered within a fortnight."
Daniel Okafor Head of Revenue Operations, Kestrel Labs
"What I actually pay for is the phone call at 11pm being answered by someone who already knows our setup. Our previous arrangement meant explaining the whole company to a stranger every single time. Never again."
Sofia Marchetti Operations Lead, Tideline Logistics
Questions

Straight answers, before you commit.

The things people ask us most, answered the way we'd answer them on a call. If yours isn't here, write to us — a real person replies, usually within the hour.

Ask us anything

Already on Workspace?

You can transfer an existing tenant to Swift Cove without any disruption to mail, users or data. It's a billing-side change — your staff notice nothing.

Talk about transferring →

It depends on edition, seat count, commitment length and whether you need migration work on top. Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size — usually the same working day, in writing, with the assumptions spelled out so you can compare it against anything else you're looking at.

No. We copy rather than move, so your existing mailboxes stay intact and reachable throughout. Historical mail is synced in the background while everyone keeps working normally, and a final delta sync catches anything that arrived during the copy.

The MX cutover itself is the only moment anything changes, and it's scheduled with you — usually a Friday evening or a weekend. If something looks wrong, we can point mail back at the old system within minutes.

A team of 10 to 50 with straightforward mailboxes is usually complete within five to seven working days from kickoff. Between 50 and 500 users typically runs two to three weeks, mostly because data volume takes time to transfer and pilot groups are worth doing properly.

Larger estates, PST archives, public folders or heavily customised Exchange setups take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline after scoping rather than an optimistic one before it.

Yes. Adding seats takes minutes — email your account manager or add them yourself in the admin console and we reconcile the licensing. Reductions depend on your commitment type, which we'll explain plainly before you sign anything rather than after.

We also review your seat count at every renewal and flag accounts that haven't signed in for months. Paying for people who left is the most common waste we find.

Your Workspace subscription keeps all of its standard entitlements. In practice most customers come to us first, because we can see your tenant, your DNS and your migration history in one place and usually resolve things without escalating at all.

When something genuinely needs Google — a platform bug, a data recovery request — we raise it through our partner channel and manage it to resolution on your behalf.

We audit every system that sends mail as your domain — Workspace itself, your CRM, invoicing tools, ticketing, marketing platforms — then build a single SPF record that covers them without exceeding the DNS lookup limit. DKIM signing is enabled and keys are published for each sending source.

DMARC starts in monitoring mode so we can watch the reports, then moves to quarantine and enforcement once every legitimate sender is passing. We keep monitoring afterwards, because new tools get added and records drift.
